El Nido Viewdeck Cottages

My family of 3 stayed at El Nido Viewdeck Cottages and really enjoyed our time. The views are amazing especially if your room is higher up - you can see the bay and cliffs which is such a nice sight to wake up to. The location is good too, close to town but still a bit quieter. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was decent. Our room was clean and had a nice little balcony. Just a heads-up, there are a lot of stairs to get to the rooms, so it can be tiring with luggage. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you don’t mind the climb and want great views at a fair price.

Staying at El Nido Viewdeck Cottages Hotel was one of the most memorable travel experiences we’ve had, and I would gladly give it 5 stars across all aspects. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything about this place left us impressed and grateful that we chose it for our El Nido trip. Scenery and Location The most striking thing about this hotel is, without a doubt, the scenery. The name “Viewdeck” is very well-deserved, because from almost every corner of the property you are greeted with a panoramic view of El Nido’s iconic limestone cliffs and the vast ocean. Waking up in the morning, stepping out onto the balcony, and seeing the calm sea framed by towering rock formations felt surreal. It’s the kind of view you can never get tired of, and honestly, it made us want to linger at the hotel just to take it all in before heading out on our island-hopping tours. The location is also ideal. It’s elevated enough to provide that sweeping view, yet still close enough to the town center that you can easily walk or take a quick ride to restaurants, shops, and tour meet-up points. For us, it struck the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. The Rooms Our room was beautiful, clean, and spacious, designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The interior had a simple but elegant charm, with thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The bed was very comfortable, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and everything was spotless. After a long day of exploring, coming back to such a cozy space felt like a reward in itself. The private balcony was an extra treat — sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening while looking out at the ocean was unforgettable. The Pool One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the pool. It’s not just any pool — it has a very beautiful and unique design that makes swimming or lounging by the water extra special.

Clean, well-maintained facilities; amenities provided are enough for the type of room given: mini-ref, electric kettle, silent (almost anyway) aircon, smart TV, functional shower... The breakfast portion is just right for our family (we don't eat that much) and the views, wow... that huge slab of limestone rock near the eating area and just outside our window, then that seaside view of El Nido... should have risen at sunrise or at least made ourselves available there for sunset viewing... but alas, we got places to be.

We had an incredible stay at El Nido Viewdeck Cottages! We rented a villa with a private pool, and it was everything we hoped for. The views were absolutely stunning—overlooking the bay and islands—and watching the sunset from our villa was unforgettable. The villa was spacious and well-suited for our family. The kids especially loved the spa room, which was such a unique touch. The overall vibe of the place was rustic yet luxurious, making it a perfect mix of comfort and charm. One of the great perks was the free breakfast, which was always fresh and a perfect way to start the day. The staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed, whether it was arranging tours, transportation, or answering our questions. Their hospitality really made the experience even better. The location is peaceful and tucked away, providing privacy and serenity. The climb to the villa is steep, so it may not be ideal for everyone, but the incredible views and tranquil atmosphere at the top are well worth it. If you’re looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in El Nido, we highly recommend El Nido Viewdeck Cottages. It’s a great choice for families, couples, or anyone looking to enjoy beautiful views, great service, and a peaceful retreat!

The staff were all so friendly and attentive, nothing was a problem and their support with any request was fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable and though there were stairs, the views were worth it. Organizing tours and transport was so easy and cheaper than any online deals. Breakfast was great, good portions and awesome selection of hot drinks.
